Southern Maine Agency on Aging provides programs and services that allow individuals to take charge of their health and well-being, maintain their independence, and age well at home.
SMAA programs meet urgent needs while maximizing independence for older adults. Along with serving as a hub of information and resources, SMAA addresses a wide range of needs, including nutrition, wellness, social isolation, finances, housing, and respite.
