Effective July 1, 2024, the income guidelines for the Medicare Savings Program have expanded! The Medicare Savings Program (MSP) helps pay monthly Medicare premiums and out-of-pocket costs. People who are eligible for Medicare Part A may qualify for MSP.

The MSP program is administrated through the Department of Health and Human Services and helps pay for your Medicare costs. Monthly income guidelines are expanding to $3,138 for a single person and $4,259 for a married couple. There is no asset limit and no estate recovery.
