Simply Delivered for ME: Meals Ready When You Are - meals are delicious, nutritious, and delivered to your doorstep.

PLEASE, NOTE: Beginning February 1, 2023 meals will be charged at their regular price of $7 per meal.

Receive up to 7 meals a week, delivered to you on a Tuesday or Thursday. Meals will generally be delivered between 10:30a.m.-12:30p.m. on the day of your choice.

Simply Delivered for ME meals are:

• Nutritionally balanced providing 33% of caloric requirements
• Available in special diets including: comfort food, heart healthy, low sodium, diabetic friendly, renal friendly, pureed, gluten free, halal style, and vegetarian
• Delivered frozen and are easily heated in a microwave or oven on-demand. You can eat them at your convenience and require no additional preparation - 4-5 minutes in the microwave and your meal is ready. (Times will vary by individual microwave.)
• Cooked in USDA and FDA inspected kitchens using Maine sourced produce and flash frozen for freshness.
• Sustainably packaged and delivered directly to the home

Simply Delivered for ME meals are purchased in advance for a nominal cost of $7.00* per meal - delivery is included (Pureed meals are available at a cost of $8 per meal). We accept many convenient forms of payment including check, credit/debit card, cash, and SNAP/food stamps. A minimum order of 3 meals is required for delivery. Delivery is available in York and Cumberland counties only (No delivery to the Brunswick area). Maine residents only.

Part of the proceeds from a Simply Delivered for ME meal purchase supports the Meals on Wheels program at Southern Maine Agency on Aging.
